Representative Board Administrator for the fund in Nizwa Tourism Company board owned by the ROPPF.
• Executed several projects for its development (AL-Kawther Islamic Fund, SMEs Fund, NMH Company
• A member in the Investment Committee, and Auditing Committee of ROPPF following up the execution of the decisions of them from 2011.

Admi. and Human Resources Manager – Board Secretary

• Graduate of Sultan Qaboos University with a Diploma in Accounting from Commerce and Economics College.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.
• 21 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and company formation.
• Over 15 years of experience in managing boards of directors and general assemblies.
• Joined OSOS in 2013 – Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department

Projects Manager

• Graduate of Sultan Qaboos University – Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• MBA, Franklin University, USA.
• PMP Project Management Institute.
• He has 12 years of experience in property development and project management.
• He Joined National Mass Housing Company in 2016 in Project Management.
• Representative of OSOS in the board of Al Muzun.

Head of Strategy and Finance

• Mr. Saikat Kumar has over 24 years of rich and vast experience in the banking and financial services domain working in different parts of the world including India, Singapore and Middle East.

• Razor sharp leadership qualities with plethora of experience in strategy planning, distribution management, client management, risk & compliance, business development, product management, and in sales & marketing.

• He has previously held senior leadership positions with recognized firms such as Al Masah Capital, National Bank of Fujairah, Lotus India Asset Management Company (JV between Fullerton Fund Management Singapore and Sabre Capital Worldwide UK), ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered, ICICI Bank and ANZ Grindlays.

• He is a qualified member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICAI), he is a Certified Management Accountant from USA and has awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration from WU Pittsburg , USA and is always keen to learn more.
